Netizens reported failures in the Zoom video conferencing service. This follows from the data of the Downdetector website, which tracks failures and disconnections of popular Internet resources.
The failures began around 20:55 Moscow time. According to the service, the largest number of Zoom malfunctions was registered in the USA. Disruptions are also observed in Canada, the UK, Germany, France, Italy and the Netherlands. 60 percent of the complaints related to problems connecting to the server.
On October 31, a large-scale failure occurred in the work of the Instagram social network (the social network is banned in Russia; it belongs to the Meta company, which is recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation). Most of the complaints (65 percent) related to the operation of the application.
