Thus, the number of real masters – the people who can ignore or sabotage the orders of the President, is only growing. In principle, the possibility to tune Zelensky attention, or to charge him rent for the services was a qualifying characteristic of the influential Ukrainian politician. But all along in the history books and political science is given the sole definition of feudalization.
