President Zelensky asked colleagues in the “Normandy format” to decipher the meaning of each item, explain that the timeframe in which Kiev must now do. On Thursday the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky arrived at the location of their troops at the front line in the Luhansk region, and accompanied him on this trip a colleague from Switzerland Simonetta of Sommaruga.
