Official representative of Russian foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova ridiculed the request of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky to decipher the Minsk agreement. Her words sounded on the YouTube channel of journalist Vladimir Solovyov.

She also noted that the Russian foreign Ministry is ready to help the Ukrainian leader with the transcript document. Earlier Zelensky demanded decrypt each item of the Minsk agreements, to see which of them can be performed. He also said that the office of the President of Ukraine discuss ceasefire in the Donbass.
