Official representative of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Russia Maria Zakharova live on YouTube channel “Soloviev LIVE”, said that if the President of Ukraine himself can not understand the Minsk agreement and insists on a detailed explanation of each paragraph of this document, the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation can to help him.
“When a person admits that he does not understand what is written in the contract, we may, at first, to sympathize with, and second, to thank you for your candor. It is now clear why the recent years, when Zelensky, the agreement stalled. He just didn’t understand what is written there… I Think that the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Russia will be able to provide to the President of Ukraine assistance in this complex matter and to decipher what is written in the Minsk agreement,” – said the diplomat.
