The first President of Russia Boris Yeltsin regretted that chose his successor Vladimir Putin. The President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said the journalist Dmitry Gordon.
The day before yesterday, as reported by “the Rambler”, Gordon said that he had interviewed Lukashenko. Yesterday, he posted it on his YouTube channel “visiting Gordon”. During the conversation the journalist asked the Belarusian President, whether he understands why Yeltsin chose as his successor is Putin.

Lukashenko explained that the reluctance to meddle in the relations between Putin and Yeltsin. However, he said that Yeltsin is a very often lamented and regretted that chose the successor is Putin, and he, Lukashenka reassured him.
