MOSCOW. /TASS/. the Pay of the Russians, who will work July 1 as a day of nationwide voting on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, will be increased, TASS was told on Wednesday the head of the Federation Council Committee on social policy Inna Svyatenko.
According to the Labor code, for work on weekends or public holidays, the employee is salary is not less than double size.
“For work on the voting day, provided payment at a higher rate. The procedure for payment of weekend and public holidays is regulated by article 153 of the labour code, the payment associated with the pay system established for employees,” said the Senator.
Svyatenko added that non-working day nationwide voting citizens also retain their wages.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed the decree about carrying out on 1 July the all-Russian voting on amendments to the Constitution. As explained, the co-chair of the working group on preparation of amendments to the basic law Pavel Krasheninnikov, the output will not be offset by an additional day next year.
