According to Kuleba, the need to hold the meeting of Ministers of countries-participants of the “Normandy format” has ripened for a long time. The parties must discuss “slippage” summit in Paris.
“We need to give impetus in the way of their (arrangements in Paris – ed.) is run in order to open the way to the next summit in Berlin, where you will make new arrangements and move towards the end of the war, the de-occupation of Ukrainian territory,” – said Kuleba.
