The wife of former candidate for the post of the President of Belarus Valery Tsepkalo Veronica had left the country for fear of arrest, told RIA Novosti on Sunday, a source close to policy.
"late last night, she left the country. Now she’s all right," the source said, without specifying which country is Veronika Tsepkalo.
He explained that the reason for leaving was the incident with the detention of other participants of campaign of the presidential candidate Svetlana Tikhanovski Maria Kolesnikova, which last night was mistakenly detained by police and then released, explaining that mixed up. "It wanted to stall. From what the blonde could confuse Kolesnikov?" the source said.
Presidential elections are held in Belarus on 9 August, candidates was five.
