"Only on Tuesday will come normal weather for the end of may — the temperature is above + 20 degrees", — said the forecaster.
According to him, in the coming days throughout the European part of the country will remain cold weather with the anomaly six degrees below normal.
Vilfand notes that the tendency to a slight increase in temperature will be observed on Sunday. On this day the air in Moscow warmed up to a maximum of 16 degrees above zero.
"Even on Monday, 25 may, though pressure will grow, and the cyclone, which brought cold, leaving more to be cool" — the expert warned.
Previously head of laboratory hydrometeorological centre Lyudmila Parshina said that the preliminary forecast for June is quite favorable. In Moscow, the first month of summer may be warmer than normal: the ambient air temperature is expected in the interval plus 20-25 degrees during the day, plus 10-15 degrees at night.
