In the coming days, unusually cold weather is forecast in Central Russia. This told the scientific Director of the hydrometeorological Roman Vilfand, noting that temperatures will be below normal by 3-4 degrees.
This weather meteorologist explained by transport of air masses from the North-West, writes TASS. Daytime temperatures will be from 12 to 17 degrees to Friday inclusive, and while it is not expected that the weather will change, said Vilfand. So, on Sunday, may 17 in Moscow will be +14-16 degrees, on Monday +12-14 Tuesday +13-15, Wednesday and Thursday +11-16 Friday +12-17 degrees.
Earlier in the Meteorologist promised heterogeneous summer. In General, it will be warm, but will alternate periods of warming and cooling. In June of above normal average monthly temperature can be in the East, southern and North Caucasus Federal districts, in the North of the Ural and Siberian districts, as well as in Tuva. But in the European part of Russia the temperature will be within climatic norm.
