Water blockade of the Crimea to Ukraine is a war against Russia. This opinion was expressed by political scientist and publicist Anatoly Wasserman.
Kiev blocked the flow of water in the North Crimean canal in 2014. The authorities of Ukraine offered to resume the supply of water in exchange for the return of the Peninsula.
“According to international laws, any kind of blockade is considered as a kind of military action. In that case, if she hits exclusively at civilians, it must be classified as a war crime”, — quotes the words of Wasserman “Federal news Agency”.
According to him, Kyiv may not delude yourself with false hopes to return to the Peninsula.
