Crashes started around 19.45 GMT. According to Downdetector, 65% of social network users have complained about problems with delivery of messages, complaints, 33% associated with the download site. Problems faced the inhabitants of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg and other Russian cities.
