In its opinion, such steps have no legal effect and contrary to the spirit of good neighborly relations between the two countries.
Such measures of the Chinese side seriously violated the sovereignty of Vietnam over the archipelago of Years and the Islands of Changsha. They do not benefit relations between the two countries and contribute to the deterioration of the situation in the East sea, in the region and the world, — said Thu hang.
