As stated by the commander of ZVO Colonel-General Alexander Zhuravlev, the crews will fly over the Central squares of the twelve cities. Among them – St. Petersburg, Voronezh, Kursk, Orel, Vologda, Belgorod, Smolensk, Yaroslavl, Nizhny Novgorod, Island, Vyazma, Kaliningrad.
In the air parade in honor of the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the great Patriotic war will take part fighter-bombers su-34, fighter su-35S and su-30SM fighter-interceptor MiG-31 military transport aircraft an-12 and An-26, helicopters of army aviation Ka-52 “alligator”, Mi-24 and Mi-28 “Night hunter”, Mi-8 multipurpose and also the world’s largest heavy transport helicopters Mi-26.
