It was opened on the basis of the Amur state University in the framework of the national project “Education”. To organize in the field of such a center was decided in view of the high regional need for highly qualified personnel for industry, agriculture, high technologies, the social sector and the service sector.

The center has a Playground in the fields of IT-technologies, services, entrepreneurship, art and design, robotics, posted modern digital software. More than 20 workshops, equipped with the latest work on the basis of the Amur colleges in conjunction with CentroM. thus, only by occupation in the construction industry already now it is possible to be trained in the 29 in-demand occupations and 54 fields, using the resources of CTOP and colleges.

This problem is solved thanks to the participation of the region in the activities of the national project “Young professionals”. For modernization of workshops of educational organizations participate in the grant through the Ministry of education of the Russian Federation and actively attract sponsorship employers such as the company “Gazprompererabotka Blagoveshchensk”, LLC “SIBUR” and others.
