Samsung has stopped the deployment of Android updates for some of its smartphones. This was announced by the publication SamMobile, citing the social network.
The company has suspended the update to Android 10 for smartphones Galaxy M31 due to technical problems. Previously, users complained that the firmware M315FXXU1ATD1 leads to software problems. In particular, the device owners reported that because of Android updates on the gadgets broke the function on and off. In some cases, the machines were rebooted and stopped working.
The publication does not mention the cause of the damage, but believes that bugs have a mass character, but in the majority of cases they complained only Indian users Samsung. The owners of the Galaxy M31 resented including the fact that service centers were closed because of the pandemic coronavirus.
