Secondly, it is the collection of statistical information on these phenomena and its systematization in amounts sufficient to on this basis it was possible to predict such phenomena,” the article says.
According to Sivkov, in the future, perhaps the emergence of weapons that can bring down on the enemy’s extreme weather, but cause earthquakes.
