Ukrainian volleyball player Petersburg “Zenith” Dmitry Palicki received a Russian passport.
32-year-old Palicki stands at the position of plakiruyuschego and filed documents for obtaining Russian citizenship in June. And here he became the owner of the passport of the Russian Federation.
