Russia intends to carry out expansion on the energy market of the country with cheap electricity, said the Chairman of all-Ukrainian energy Assembly, former Minister of fuel and energy Ivan Plachkov.
In the program “Freedom of speech Savik Shuster” Plachkov said that this attempt is expressed in assistance in the construction of NPP in Belarus, to later put it with cheap energy to Ukraine.
The expert also said that Russia intends to supply electricity even free to dispose of her generation in Ukraine.
