The Donbass must be demilitarized by August, there were local elections, said the representative of Kiev in the contact group Alexey Reznikov.

The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, speaking in February at the Munich security conference, announced the intention to hold in October local elections across Ukrainian territory, including parts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
