the Union of European football associations (UEFA) on Wednesday decided to postpone the matches of the Champions League and Europa League until further notice, according to the official website of the organization. The new dates will be announced later.
This decision was made following a conference with the General secretaries of the 55 European football federations.
the Holding of matches of the European Cup was suspended on 13 March due to pandemic coronavirus at the stage of 1/8 finals. It was expected that the competition will be resumed in July or August and will be held parallel to the national Championships.
Also indefinitely transferred matches of the national teams, which were scheduled in June.
Team Russia in preparation for the European Championships were supposed to play two friendlies against Poland (2 June) and Serbia (June 6). Also in June, had to go through qualifying matches of Euro-2020, the results of which will decide the last participants of the tournament.
