Interestingly, the project was created based on sketches and suggestions to the children’s camp “Ethogram”. The exhibition features nine sculptures inspired by religious figures of the indigenous peoples of the North.
Both projects the Ministry of construction of Russia recognized the best along with 132 works on improvement of the 49 different areas of the country. Ugra improvement projects included in the register of practices which are recommended to be replicated in other regions of Russia.
– For inclusion in a Federal registry in the Ministry of construction of Russia has received 536 projects from 84 regions. By results of consideration the competitive Commission selected the best 132 that are included in the Federal register, – said the head of Ministry of construction of Russia Vladimir Yakushev. – The main goal – exchange of experience and solutions in the field of landscaping, creating a “library” of best practices. Since the beginning of the implementation of the Federal project in 2017 in the register 422 is included in the project.

Both projects, which were presented by the Ugra, have been implemented in the region last year under the program “Formation of a comfortable urban environment” (national project “Housing and the urban environment”). And it is possible that now, on the recommendation of the Ministry of construction, such projects will appear and will become a worthy decoration and other regions of the country.

In 2018, the summer camp kids proposed the idea, we supported it. On vacation 400(!) boys and girls have developed the concept of a sculpture Park under the open sky on the basis of the Khanty fairy-tales and legends. Their creative project became the winner in nomination “Development were��tours for domestic tourism” II regional grant competition for the creation of new tourism products “the Surgut district is able to surprise you!”.
With the help of artists children figures gained from real works of modern art. Money for the project, which is about eleven million rubles, received from several sources: district budget, subsoil users and private funds of the nonprofit organization “Environment for development”. Just a year later, in July 2019, on the day of state flag of Russia, – we officially opened the art Park. The district has acquired a powerful centre of attraction for tourists, which is now recognized at the Federal level!
the Park we so loved that we decided to continue the project. A week ago, “Environment development” again won the competition for the second phase of the Park, which is called Jonah (with the Khanty – the “game”). The idea is again offered by students of the camp in Russkinskaya. After the square they wanted a cool Playground! Money is now allocated more than 15 million rubles. 14 funds of the consolidated budget: subsoil users and administrations of the district. Another million – funds non-profit organizations.
the Second part is fundamentally different from the first. Now we are creating a street science Park for children and adults. There will be four locations: 1) inspire, 2) learn, 3) thinking and 4) act. Children will play musical instruments, experimenting with sand and water, to understand the optical illusion and to pass the obstacle. Be sure to save the ethnic component in addition, the platform will be presented to the Khanty toys and puzzles. The area of the second half of the Park is about 1,000 square meters. Along with the first is 2000 squares a luxurious site development.
