According to Pro-government Chinese newspaper The Global Times, an unnamed advisers suggest that the Chinese authorities re-examine the possibility of recognition of trade deals with the U.S. invalid and discussions more beneficial for China conditions.
“I’m not interested. We signed the agreement. I also heard about this, they want to resume talks to conclude a more favorable deal for them,” said trump.
The US President also said he would like to ensure that China will keep its promise and will significantly increase purchases of American goods.
Under the terms of the first phase of a commercial transaction in the next two years, Beijing has to buy American goods and services to $ 200 billion, while Washington agreed to begin a phased reduction of tariffs on Chinese products.
