July 22, Tverskoy district court of Moscow has fined Anastasia Volochkova 20 thousand rubles for violation of the quarantine. Volochkova was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under part 1 of article 20.06.1 of the administrative code (violation of the rules of conduct with the introduction of high alert in areas where there is a threat of emergency or in the emergency area). The defense believes the police actions during the arrest of a former ballerina’s illegal and appeal. The court thus refused to accept any motions from the defense.
