Additional measures of cleaning premises entered in the White house after the detection of the novel coronavirus at the employee of the press service of the Vice-President of the United States Michael Pence. This was reported Saturday by CNN, citing an internal document, which appeared at its disposal.
According to CNN, after the detection of coronavirus press Secretary Pence Kathy Miller – wife of the adviser to the President Steven Miller – White house staff were sent a memo. It was stated that the fight against the spread of infection, "the increased level of treatment" will be introduced in those areas where stores have the highest probability of contact between people.
The document also emphasized that remote work will be transferred to the maximum possible number of employees. In addition, they are required to report to the authorities about their movements and to monitor the possible manifestation of symptoms characteristic of the disease caused by a coronavirus. The broadcaster stressed that the memo was not mentioned the requirement for the mandatory availability of the protective masks of the White house staff.
