Representatives of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine sent to the Russian colleagues a note of protest about the conduct of the Victory parade in the Crimea and the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk republics, said on the website of the Ukrainian foreign Ministry. The document States that thus Russia had violated the provisions of the Minsk agreements.
The main claim of the Ukrainian diplomats is that of a triumphal procession in the Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk and Lugansk was organised without their approval, and it supposedly says about the violation of Russian commitments under the Minsk agreements.
In addition, Russia, say diplomats, demonstrating military power, continues “the militarization of Crimea,” which directly threatens the security of European countries.
The day before, as reported by “Rambler” in Donetsk and Lugansk, were the most spectacular, according to analysts, military parades over the six-year history of the breakaway republics. In the gala show was attended by more than 2.5 thousand people and about 100 units of modern military equipment.
