the Supreme court of the Republic of Belarus decided early release of the 42-year-old Azeri kingpin Rashad Ismailov, known as Rashad Ganja. About it reports “Prime Crime”.
According to the newspaper, August 7 the Supreme court reviewed the cassation petition of the convict, the results of which decided if the appointment of Ismailov new measures to restrict the already stayed they for a period. After the sentence comes into legal force, the kingpin will be released on parole for 8 years and 3 months.
Rashad Ganja arrived in Minsk for an armed showdown with the Belarusian kingpin Alexander by Kushnerova (Alex Kushner), questioned the high status of Azerbaijani. In July 2019 Rashad was found guilty of use of forged documents and smuggling of weapons across the state border of Belarus and sentenced to 10 years in prison.
