As says Wolyniec, single parents are still a vulnerable social group, despite the fact that children of different ages, the state has already allocated funds for grants.
“I Ask you to provide a monthly allowance to single mothers and fathers-single by the end of this year the rate of not less than two subsistence minimums per family member,” – said in the text of the appeal. The head of the RNC stressed that all existing benefits and allowances for such parents should be fully preserved.

In 2017, the Commissioner of the President of Russia for children’s rights Anna Kuznetsova reported that about a third of that is five million of the 17 million Russian families have had on single mothers with children. Also according to her, 600 thousands family education of the children have single fathers.
