In Moscow, the Prosecutor General’s office approved the indictment in respect of three sisters, Khachaturian, killed his father, a criminal case brought to trial. This is with reference to the lawyer of one of accused Alexey Lipara, reports TASS.
According to counsel, the indictment signed by the Deputy Prosecutor General of Russia, which in December 2019 returned the case, citing the Investigative Committee of Russia (RCDS) to classify the case in connection with the sisters in self-defense. However, the Prosecutor signed the conclusion says that they are accused of killing father in the group by prior agreement.

on 31 January it was reported that the Prosecutor General’s office confirmed the presence of psychological trauma at the sisters Khachaturian, refusing to transfer the case to the court. According to prosecutors, the sisters Khachaturian formed a defensive reaction to an unlawful attempt of his father, created a real danger for their life and health, which allowed them to defend themselves in any way.
3 December 2019, the TFR has completed the investigation of the case against sisters Khachaturian. According to investigators, 27 July 2018, three sisters, Khachaturian, experiencing acute personal hostility to the father, struck him numerous blows with a knife and a hammer on the body and on the head and neck. From the received traumas the man died.
