Specialists of all-Russian research Institute on problems of civil defense and emergency situations (VNII GOCHS) warned tourists about the dangers of holiday on the Black sea coast.
According to experts, in the near future near Sochi and Tuapse may appear tornadoes. As told the head of the Institute Sergei Didenko, they also can be seen in the Loo district, Yakornaya Shchel and Magri.
According to him, the high probability of the formation of tornadoes on the coast of the Krasnodar region came from the average daily temperature of 25 degrees, which warmed the water in the Black sea. Warm air masses will rise up and mix with the cold, and that will provoke the appearance of craters, scientists explained.
