Come to Central Russia, the rains will stop soon. The second half of the summer will be more stable in heat and precipitation, promised “news” the leading researcher of the center “Phobos” Eugene Tiscover.
According to him, in August established a comfortable weather, which will extend to the autumn. So, in the last month of summer the temperature will be kept at the district norm and slightly higher — about 21-26 degrees. Precipitation is expected to be 20 percent below normal.
Autumn is projected to warm: September will be one degree warmer than normal for October — two degrees, Nov — three. “And December will be very warm,” added Tiscover, adding that the unusually warm winter does not happen again.
Tiscover previously warned that the abnormal rains in the European Russia will end in late July, in August the weather is normal.
