The Russians when leaving the house during the regime of self-isolation should be worn with a contract for the sale or lease of real estate, if self-isolation is not the place of permanent residence, as stated in the recommendations of the Forensic expert of the chamber (BOT) of Russia.

The legislation does not stipulate a duty of the citizen to confirm their accommodation. But in order to avoid possible checks this document you must take with you”, – quotes the Minister TASS.
“When high-alert citizen of Russia is obliged to carry a document confirming the personality, and present it upon request of authorized officials. Refusal of presenting a document in a legal requirement of the police officer is considered an administrative offense. The police have the right to push the citizen to the territorial police station for identification” – added to the BOT.
It is also noted that no single legal act on introduction of high alert, and involving the constitutional rights of citizens and organizations not recognized by the court illegal. It is emphasized that there is no legitimate reason for not respecting the mode of increased readiness in various subjects.

We will remind, the Moscow government extended the regime of self-isolation until may 31.
