It is very important not to destroy the civilizational foundations, which are one of the main values of humanity. Human life and culture are largely synonymous.

We experience their problems as urgent as they are, as museums, theaters, concertie halls, film studios, all the cultural institutions of the world have long been are a single family. Each of us has his connections with colleagues around the world, many interesting joint projects, which will no doubt be implemented for the benefit of all mankind.
