“Moskomekspertiza reports on the harmonization of project documentation for the investment project: “Residential development consisting of apartment buildings, schools unit of the OED, Parking and mixed-use complex at the address: Moscow, Warsaw highway (the plot with cadastral number 77:05:0008007:14019), the first stage of an apartment house №1, 2, 3, 9, 10, 11. First place” at the address: the Warsaw highway, the Chertanovo Yuzhnoye district, southern administrative Okrug of Moscow”, – stated in the message.
As explained by the Chairman of Moskomekspertizu Valery Leonov, the complex provides with an underground floor and residential spaces on the ground floor. Also planned installation of a noise screen device open flat Parking lots, driveways and sidewalks with the possibility of passage of fire equipment. The area will be pedestrian areas, playgrounds for children, areas for sports and recreation.
Leonov added that the landscaping of the adjacent territory provides a comprehensive greening a total area of more than 6.7 thousand sq m: breakdown of lawns, planting of greenery, and street lighting and installation of small architectural forms. The project also includes a full interior and technological equipment of the common areas.
