Putin suggested to see if businesses in the mentioned sectors to take advantage of the benefits. “If not, you have to think about how to help them. And thus encompass measures of state support almost all types and sectors of transport,” he said.
the Head of state recalled that for the most affected sectors provides the following support measures: deferment of payment of taxes and fees, contribution rate reduction, a temporary moratorium on business inspections, financial aid and interest-free loans for payment of wages while maintaining 90% of employment.
“I am sure this support will be of great help for the shipping companies, especially now, at the beginning of navigation on the rivers. And, of course, will have a positive impact on the preservation of commuter routes, for stable operation of trains in a period when the number of passengers decreased and the revenue decreased”, – concluded Vladimir Putin.
