In the period from January to may, the population of Ukraine decreased by 116,7 thousand people, reported the Ukrainian state statistics Committee.
As of 1 June, the population totaled 41,785 million (same period in 2019 – 42,03 million). While in Ukraine, 100 deaths is 48 born, RIA “Novosti”.
The newspaper VIEW detailed analysis of statistics according to which over the last 25 years the population of Ukraine decreased by more than a quarter.
