The most popular way to make an appointment with a doctor has become the mobile application ” EMIAS.INFO ” – it accounts for more than 30 percent of the total number of records. At the same time, in general, more and more Muscovites use online services to choose the day and time of a doctor’s visit — today the share of online records is already more than 75 percent.
In July 2020, citizens had the opportunity to get access to an electronic medical card in the mobile application “EMIAS.INFO”, and to date, they have applied to their medical cards through the mobile application more than 20 million times.
After getting access to the electronic medical card, Muscovites can get acquainted with the protocols of doctors ‘ examinations, the results of tests for COVID-19, the results of laboratory and instrumental studies (CT, MRI, fluorography and others — including access to images), with hospital extracts and vaccination histories of adults and children. You can also enter data about your personal and family history.
In addition, information about current prescriptions issued, data on emergency medical calls and the results of medical examinations in the Healthy Moscow pavilions are available. At the same time, users have the opportunity to upload documents from the medical card and send them by e-mail or via messengers, as well as independently add other medical documents to the medical card.
An appointment with a doctor in a polyclinic is the very first, basic service of EMIAS, which was introduced in 2012. Initially, Muscovites could make an appointment with a doctor through the registry, infomats and a single call center. Then there was an online entry through the portal mos.ru.
The city Department of Information Technologies noted that Muscovites have already signed up for doctors online more than 325 million times. Most often they use mobile applications ” EMIAS.INFO”, “Public Services of Moscow”, “My Moscow” and also portals mos.ru and emias.info.
For those patients who do not yet use online services, it is still possible to make an appointment by phone, as well as during a personal visit to the clinic using an infomat. To do this, you will need the number of the compulsory medical insurance policy.
Mobile applications ” EMIAS.INFO ” and “My Moscow” can be downloaded from the App Store, Google Play and App Gallery. For their correct operation, you need to monitor their timely update.
The introduction of such solutions has become possible thanks to a single digital healthcare platform. It was developed by the capital’s Social Development Complex and the Department of Information Technologies. The platform provides various services for doctors and patients, simplifying their interaction and improving the quality of research and treatment.
