the Largest cellular operators – MTS, VimpelCom (brand “Beeline”), MegaFon and Tele2 – resets the cost of calls to the hotline until may 12. Now the Agency asks to provide the Russians, who failed to return home the same free communication with family until the end of the month.
“In accordance with the continuation of measures to support compatriots in a difficult situation (…), please extend to 31.05.2020 implementation inbound and outbound voice calls for subscribers in international roaming, free of charge, including with a negative balance of subscriber accounts,” the letter says Deputy Minister.
