41-year-old Ekaterina Kochetova was appointed to the post of Minister of economy of Buryatia in the beginning of March 2020, her nomination was agreed by the deputies of the people’s Khural of the Republic.
From February 2018 to December 2019, she held the position of Deputy Minister of industry and trade of Buryatia. Prior to that, he worked in the administration of Ulan-Ude in various positions, including chief of Department of economy and Finance of the Committee on education.
