Travel without a digital pass for official business in Moscow and the Moscow region can make a certain category of citizens. This was announced by the mayor of the capital Sergey Sobyanin on his website.
The list includes government officials, military personnel, law enforcement officers, judges, lawyers, notaries and their assistants, journalists and private security guards. They must have their identity established by the state of the sample.
In addition, a permit is not required for citizens under the age of 14.
As previously reported, Sobyanin signed a decree on the introduction of special digital passes for trips across Moscow and Moscow region. According to the mayor, to start making digital badges will be Monday, April 13. Wednesday, April 15, and their availability for travel will be required.
Digital pass is a code of numbers and letters. It must be obtained for travel on any form of personal and public transport.
