Earlier, the participants of the contact group on conflict settlement in the Donbass agreed to exchange prisoners no later than Easter.
“All the necessary arrangements for procedural clearance from the LC are made,” said Kobzeva.
According to her, the Republic expects that Kiev will fulfill the same obligations in accordance with the agreements reached earlier.
