“During a pandemic, we used the mechanism of direct payments to pay for hospital quarantine citizens over 65 years and arriving from abroad in all constituent entities of the Russian Federation, – said the Minister of labour and social protection of the Russian Federation Anton Kotkov. – Electronic certificate of incapacity, the implementation of which began before the pandemic, now make up 52% of all issued by the hospital. This allows you to optimize the formation of sick leave, decreases labor costs associated with paperwork. Employers are relieved of the need to verify the correctness of the certificate of incapacity, the possibility of loss and the need for renewal of the document in case of detection of errors in the fill.”
the Ministry added that the technology deployed will make payments to all connected with maternity benefits proactively, without the submission of the application on the basis of data of the electronic certificate of incapacity. It will be easier and employers, which will eliminate a significant amount of paperwork. To make it all work, the bill proposes to establish electronic document exchange between employers, doctors, bodies of state extra-budgetary funds and other institutions have added in the Ministry of labor.
