Primary health care today is not available in 130 settlements of the Russian Federation, follows from the message of the Ministry of health sent to the lower house of Parliament to the government hour.
“currently in the Russian Federation, according to geographic information system, Ministry of health of Russia, there are 130 settlements where primary health care is unavailable, including seven in the Saratov region”, – quotes RIA Novosti excerpts from the document.
Earlier, the Ministry said that people who have analysis of coronavirus was positive, but they have no complaints, should not be included in statistics of morbidity.
This condition will be characterized as a “carrier”. Statistics of morbidity and mortality in such cases will not be included.
