The head of the Moscow metro Victor Kozlovsky said that ghosts or unusual animals in the subway there, and the smooth operation of the transport – "not magic," RIA "news".
"I don’t believe in mysticism, I’m an engineer. I can say one thing: ghosts and unusual animals in the subway there. And the fact that it runs like clockwork, that we have the best metro in the world, is not a magic", – said Kozlovsky.
According to him, the smooth operation of trains is ensured daily work of the staff and the efforts of the government of Moscow.
