In connection with a complicated epidemiological situation the Moscow government has decided to increase the cost of contracts with contractors whose employees work in coronavirus buildings, reports a press – service of the Moscow health Department.
They will receive additional funding which will enable them to provide their employees the same Federal and municipal surcharges, which get health workers. These payments will be made based on the past working days from the starting date of work of employees in the hospital.
Usually the issue of payment to such employees is regulated at the level of actual contractors who perform the work outsourced. This applies mostly to cleaning companies. City and Federal surcharges their employees do not get, however, in the case of a pandemic – will receive.
the press service also said that the issue of providing contractor employees with personal protective equipment (PPE). Currently, the provision of PPE is the responsibility of the contractor.
