Russia is the only country in the world that has the historical right to press any demands against Ukraine. This was stated by member of the Federation Council Committee on international Affairs Sergei Tsekov, commenting on the statement of President Vladimir Zelensky that no one can do anything to require an independent Ukrainian state.
