The European court of human rights has officially notified Russia of the Netherlands filed a complaint against her regarding the collapse of the Malaysian Boeing in the Donbass in 2014. This is with reference to the press service of the court reports RIA Novosti.

The European court of human rights confirmed receipt of the complaint and explained that it had officially notified Russia of her.
“the Court informed Russia that the government of the Netherlands lodged with the European court on human rights against the Russian Federation relating to the crash on 17 July 2014 flight MH17 over Eastern Ukraine”, – said the representative of the court.
He also noted that the ECtHR has not yet asked the Russian side no questions asked.

The accused are a citizen of Ukraine Leonid Kharchenko and Russians Igor Strelkov, Sergey Dubinsky and Oleg Pulatov.
