Ukrainian law enforcers have deployed weapons and equipment in residential quarters of settlements in the Donbass, told reporters the representative of the people’s militia self-proclaimed Donetsk people’s Republic.
"Our intelligence said the enemy violations of international humanitarian law. Placing military equipment to the UIC in residential areas of the settlements on the territory controlled by Ukrainian militants threaten the lives and health of civilians", – said the representative office.
He explained that there were six units of military equipment, including infantry fighting vehicles and air defense missile system "Strela-10", in close proximity to the residential ladies in the three settlements in the Donbass.
