MOSCOW, 3 Dec — RIA Novosti. Test system on the definition of coronavirus infection and the presence of antibodies of Russian and foreign production is quite efficient and quite comparable, told RIA Novosti head of the infectious branch of the CDB Manager of the President Ekaterina Trifonova.
“If we’re talking about test systems for the diagnosis of coronavirus infection by PCR and also for detection of antibodies to coronavirus, that can say quite honestly that we have used Russian and foreign test system and tried to determine whether they have a large margin of error, how effective they are. These and other test system showed pretty efficient, respectively, can be say that they are absolutely comparable,” she said.
According to Trifonova, now in hospital administration tests use of the Russian production.
According to the latest who data, the number of cases of infection with coronavirus infection exceeded 6.1 million, more than 376 thousand people died.
